Mr Victor was 10-Outstanding, I know the importance of CSI as I’ve been in This Car business for 18 yrs as GSM, Finance, Finance Director (Ford 12yrs) I have been in your Service drive a number off times, Twice under the “Wilson” name and was not happy last time either... Not Again. During these hard times for EVERYONE it is especially difficult... I know and realize the front end (Sales / F&I) are hurting or almost non-existent but to try and make it up in “Fixed Opps” is ****... My 2019 Raptor has a cracked tail-light that shorted a module.. SIMPLE, Again I’m in OUR business so stop the excuses.... I was charged $500 Diag, Total BILL $2600.... A goddamn taillight guys !!!! It’s Mathematically Impossible unless your “Flagtime” is $600 and you Don’t include Diagnostic... This is total Price Gouge... This wasn’t “Heavy Line” probably had an oil Tech POP it in.... Either way I think you people on Top are Complete Assholes and will NEVER enter that place again.... Thanks for taking care off your locals.. There’s 100 people with Ford in my neighborhood... Look It Up You had my truck for only a few hours, I asked for Tire Rotation and Oil Change, Didn’t happen, Truck was dirty, Said they didn’t have time.... For $2600 Someone better figure out the TIME....I know this will go NOWHERE, You have lost another, So with that in mind.... Screw Your Victor, To You, Thanks for your rapid work, You Personally were Great....

The plastic lever that controls the linkage in the back right door fell off you guys are supposed to contact Ford dealership in Ventura and have them fix it I am not coming down there anymore
