They didn’t fill up def fluid on my diesel with the oil change, this is the second time this has happened and the other time they over filled it and got it all over side of truck. There were also grease marks on my center console from the mechanic. I’m probably going with a different dealer in the future.

It took double the time. I went to another Ford service gentleman to get an update. I couldn’t find my original person, he disappeared, I texted for an update got nothing. I was told the car was sitting. Seems like I was forgotten. Then when I got the receipt it was double the estimate. Evidently there was an error in the input. Usually everyone is awesome and it’s super easy and fast. I’ve been going here for years and love you guys but this time it was just a really off day. Seemed like I was forgotten and somehow I was charged more.
