The repair took longer than what was expected. Also when I picked up the truck the mechanic forgot to put the dip stick back in. So I had to drive back the next day to get it and to get the inside of the engine compartment steam cleaned. Villa Ford was the best car buying experience I’ve had, but the service depart is a complete disaster. I plan on taking my business elsewhere.
