I’ve been there several times to get my car serviced and all I wanted was an oil change. During the process Edgar gave me 2 options and both options were over $100 which left me confused since an oil change usually only cost me $50+ But never close to $100 unless it included other services I requested. When I questioned the price and what I normally pay, he finally gave me the price I was familiar with. But why did I have to question the price. At that point I didn’t trust Edgar. It just felt like he just wanted to upsell the more expensive services. In the past I’ve been given the more budget friendly service first. In either case, I feel Edgar should look out for the client as opposed to up selling services. He needs to improve his customer service.

When I got serviced at Ford of Orange, the service people knew more. We had are regular service reps, and it felt more comfortable i leaving my car. Yes this was my first time there, but I also bought my car there.
When I got my receipt for service, there was no detail of what had been done on my car. I am calling today to get one.
