As I drove up to the service bay, I was greeted by two gentlemen. Joel ended up helping me. He scheduled the 60,000 mile check, oil change, checked my brakes for replacement AND took care of a recall item while they were servicing my flex. He did tell me it would be 2-21/2 hours. I elected to come back before 5 instead of waiting around. Joel communicated well & professional. Fantastic service! Great job Joel.

Don't call until the vehicle work has been completed and ready to be picked up. I waited at least a half hour and when my car was brought out it had not been whipped off. Water all over it.
