Sheldon made me feel welcome and was completely transparent about the process. I never felt pressured or like someone was trying to sell me something. I also liked how mechanics would frequently come into the service desk and talk about what they were doing with the service representatives. I will definitely be a returning customer. Sheldon was awesome. From the time I dropped my truck, to when I had picked it up. He was very understanding of the issue I had and gave me the feeling of don’t worry. When I had purchased the truck it came with an extended warranty. I was unaware that I had to give that information at the start, but Sheldon explained everything about how it works as well as understanding what it covered. The truck runs amazing now. He informed me about the warranty’s and I was on my way. Thank you again for the outstanding treatment I received. I will definitely be back.

I was literally in and out within an hour. I really appreciated that the Service Representative, Glen, was very helpful and informative with the details of my Car’s Oil Change service details. Then when it was completed, he explained all the details of what was completed. He also recommended tires that needed to be replaced soon. Overall, it was a Great experience!

Dustin did a great job with customer service. My problem was not with Dustin, but with the fact that the work took so long. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am and it was not ready until 3:30pm!!!!
