I was dissatisfied on a previous service visit. I left without receiving service that time. I decided to come back and try you again. Service today was adequate. I feel $555 labor for what was essentially was two hours of time to repair, from authorization request to notification of repair completion, is excessive.
You may reference service books to determine labor hours per job, but if you’re paying your laborers that much money for the amount of work, then you’re paying them too much and you’re charging me too much as well. I do feel taken advantage over the amount of labor I was charged to change out a simple door latch. How does my service experience sound to you? Not good.
