Carlos was great. The service was completed as quoted. Washing the car was a nice touch. My experience at Villa Ford is that it always takes a long time to get your car once you pay for the repair. I had to wait more than 15 minutes and finally had to ask Carlos to go get my car which he did. If this part of your process does not improve I will go elsewhere.
