Joel asked me if I needed my car right away and wanted to pick it up unwashed, and I said I would wait for it to be washed. I waited several hours or the call and the car was still not washed. I don’t think this is his fault, because he did check with me and asked, but I was disappointed. Overall Joel was very communicative, professional, and polite.

I was not happy that the warranty did not cover the tubing coming apart for the rear window cleaning fluid. That should have been covered. It was not our fault it came apart. It most likely was never assembled correctly and finally failed.

The service provided by Edgar was great, nothing bad to say about him.
What **** is having to wait for someone to help you. Too many employees are running in and out past customers, while we stand around stupid waiting for someone to at least acknowledge us standing around. When a service employee finally steps out to help, they don’t notice who has been standing around, they just go to the first person standing outside the service doors, instead of the first car/person in line.
