Too many up sell service attempts. I just needed an oil change. Recommended a brake fluid change at 23,000 miles for an F250 6.2? Come on! Not necessary. Recommended a vabin filter change. I do those myself and recommended an air filter engine change but I have a K&N filter.

My issue was not solved, my truck pulls to the right when breaking and taking off, I was told that after going thru the technical test, everything is with in specs. I picked up my truck and as soon as I started driving it noticed that the problem was still there. At this point I don’t know how to approach this issue.

I brought the car on Monday and it was not looked at until Wednesday the following week. It was diagnosed quickly at that point and repaired. Edgar Barron did his best have it checked earlier but said too many jobs were ahead of it. I was pleased how quickly the repair was accomplished after discovery.

Glen was top notch! I live in Fullerton, but not convinced with local services, went to Buena Park, not the service I expect. I called Wilson and spoke w/ Glen and there was no doubt that I would take my truck there. Arrived at 7 am and was a great way to start my morning with Lyft ride home. BTY Marvin, the Lyft driver was also top notch. Truck was repaired and was 100% satisfied. Thanks to your great service, I made Wilson my default dealership. Will recommend as well.

The cashier at the end was less than satisfactory. Not a big deal, but unfortunate that everyone provided me with a great experience, and one lady (who may have just been having a bad day) created a blemish on the service experience.
