Received text on Monday 5/3 @1:30p that vehicle was almost ready, only to find that NO ONE HAD LOOKED AT IT. I dropped it off at 7:15am BTW. Got vehicle back on 5/4 @ 3pm, was charged for diagnostics, even though I had the repair done at Villa Ford. 600$+ for an evap purge valve is ridiculous, and not even covered by our extended warranty. You & Ford as a company have lost our business.

Has nothing to do with glen but who ever has the desk on the far right has a definite problem I have been in the service industry for 46 yrs. And have never treated I a customer like he did today I was a mechanic / manager at a service station at one time if he treated my customer like he treated me I would have fired him on the spot with just cause.
