There was electrical issues and it took almost two weeks to get the car in. They could not find anything with the system and updated the radio program. I don't mind a few days but having the car for two weeks and telling me what I already knew was not customer friendly. Victor was great but he had to deal with a very dissatisfied customer. He should be congratulated.

Sheldon took care of my car with the utmost respect. I thought that getting a wash was a nice thing, but when a great deal of the car is left with spots or still wet, why bother? My other concern was that the service department didn’t make sure the oil message on the console was turned back so the computer knows the car has been serviced. These minor Details can’t be deemed as Completely satisfied.

I made an appointment to have the brakes replaced on my F150. Joel was not available when I arrived so someone else checked in my vehicle. My truck was at your shop for 10 hours but it never got looked at by a mechanic. I got a text message at 11 am saying I would get a call when it’s done. At 5 pm I got a call saying that it was not done yet and would not be looked at until the next day. I called back but could not reach the service advisor. I spoke to another service advisor who told me that it was a two day wait. I picked up my truck and will take it somewhere else for service. Unfortunately, it cost me $49.33 for two Uber rides to leave my truck and pick it up. Am I unhappy with Villa Ford? No, I’m not, I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED.
