You gave me another “shady inconsiderate and unapologetic egomaniac of a car salesman” but instead of him selling me a car he serviced my vehicle.
It felt like my car was held for ransom. At first he said it would be ready by Monday (3 days later) and for $2400.
And the parts would need to be searched for then found and paid for then delivered and installed. All by Monday.
I show up in person to sign for financing and get approval. Now he says it’s a part that is on its way and the cost will be less at $1800.
I leave and he never calls.
Finally it’s Tuesday and he calls about how the price is now $2600.
And because the part was more costly.
I approve but by this time I felt like I was taken advantage of and to me Brian is apathetic about everything he has said or done with me and our interpersonal communication.
I regret not asking for another service member and I regret having met Brian. It was much much better at the old Ford service off Main Street and Chapman.
Never had a single issue there.
I can’t say I didn’t speak out.

I left several voicemails and text messages for Sheldon over a two day period and not one of them was returned. I never received any updates throughout the entire process until I finally got in touch with Glen on the day the truck was finished. I was also promised that the truck was been washed when I arranged to pick it up and yet it was not washed. To top it all off, I was being charged over $100 more than what I was quoted and no one could tell me why. Glenn finally got to the bottom of it and realized it was a mistake and reduced the invoice. Overall, I was thankful that Dwayne got everything straightened out but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Sheldon and the fact that my truck was not washed.
