The service was great but the cashier did not know how to give me the promotion of no interest for 6 months by using the Ford credit card. Previous Ford visit shows 6 months on my paperwork. This visit has for promotion. Standard. But I will know for sure when I get my bill.

Carlos was excellent in getting me checked in, going over what was needed, giving a deadline and sticking to it, as well as arranging transportation to and from my house, while the truck was being worked on. Not to mention Carlos is going above and beyond to help me with the uneven wear on my tires (my bad driving, not the truck's fault). I'm extremely satisfied.
