Brian was great. Very nice and apologetic. I went to have my first service/oil change on my Fusion that i purchased at Villa Ford. I called the day before and we set an appt for 11 am the next morning and i told him that id just wait. When i got there at 11 it was very busy and i couldnt even get in the parking lot. I asked if i should come back tomorrow and he said an hour and twenty. I should have just taken uber and come back for it. It was not Brians fault but i think i finally got home in traffic after 3. My day was wasted by just having an oil change. I was a service writer at one time and its hard to predict the problems that pop up. It my fault snd next time ill just get s rental car or uber somewhere. It was a long day.

Domingo is a good Ford representative. It's the delay for the motor mount. I just need in writing from Ford management that if there are any problems with my vehicle because there is no ETA when the motor mount replacement will arrive at Villa Ford. Ford will cover damages while waiting for the mount.

Sheldon was great. He attended to my needs and made sure I was taken care of. This was only my second visit there. I had previously been going to the Ford in Orange before they closed. My last visit for an oil change went well. I was later contacted I was overcharged and told by Edgar Barron he would correct it with a complimentary oil change the next time I was in. He would note it on my account. Well when it came time for my oil change , nobody knew anything about this and Edgar would not return any messages ( I left two for him). Finally left a message with Baron Peoples and he told me to come in and he would take care of it for me. When I arrived on Thursday morning for my appointment, Sheldon was very helpful. He called Edgar over to see if he could assist me and said he knew nothing about this and Sheldon could take care of me. Never once did he look at me or address me. I understand things slip through and we forget but a return call or being acknowledged would of been nice. Thanks to Sheldon and Baron , I will consider coming back to your dealership.

The staff was very nice, but the problem with my Sync was not handled in a satisfactory manner. The Sync has been a nightmare since day 1, but in the last month a portion of the Bluetooth stopped working completely. I can't afford to pay a diagnostics fee for someone to tell me it needs an update. The Sync system should still continue to function as it did when I first bought the $60,000 truck regardless of an update. A truck that is only 4 years old with less than 28,000 miles should not have such issues and if it does the issues should be covered by Ford.
