Prior to my visit I explained to Glen the vehicle I have and what was needed by service team to solve in great detail. Glen did the right process by checking with the service technician first before saying OK and to bring my truck in.
I drove to the dealership and spent 30 min getting checked in and leaving my truck. 30 min later Glen calls me to say they take care of my issue

For the 3rd time, I waited 10min+ to pick up my car after I had paid the bill. Apparently that cashier receptionist has a habit of NOT notifying anyone to bring the car up and AGAIN I have to ask if someone can get my car. Since this is a repeat pattern, I think she is unhappy or does not like customers. She certainly is not friendly. There are service people all over there and see I'm waiting around yet do not do anything. I dont experience that at the other dealerships where I bring my other cars, only at VILLA FORD. I will get service at a different Ford from now on and will post my experience online.

Domingo was the absolute best service agent that I have ever dealt with. I have been to plenty of other dealerships, and I have never met anyone as kind and professional as he was to me. It was my first visit to have service performed on my vehicle, and because of the great service I received, it certainly will not be my last. So last time I took my truck there it took 3 trips to fix the same coolant leak. I kept my mouth shut because I needed my truck back. In reality it probably cost me a couple grand since it wasn't fixed right the first time.
Last week I took my truck in for a clicking noise. The oil was low and Glen recommended changing the pahsers. I said ok my truck was there for almost a week with no work done and said it would be another week to tear down. If your too busy stop taking vehicles. When I'm told it takes 14 hours I expect my truck done in 2 days. I could not wait and picked up my truck. Now with full oil the click is gone. If I changed the phasers I would have wasted $3500. But now my truck doesn't start.
Both incidents were with Glen. It appears him and some of your mechanics are incompetent. Why am I paying dealer prices for these headaches?

Domingo did a very good job no problem. But the mechanic who checked out my tire on the drivers side put 60 pounds of air in the tire to find the leak that ok. But when I got home I checked the tire pressure. Three of the tires were 35 pounds that ok. But the back left tire had 53 pounds in it. The tires were rotated so that moves it to the back left. I hope you realize how dangerous that can be on a hot day and on the 91 freeway. I drive the 91 freeway twice a week every one is doing around 70 to 80. The next thing that was wrong the window sticker mileage it was 39351 the next due date is 42881 or 12-14-21 that is only 3530 miles should be 5000 miles with the new oils. Next due date should be 44351. In my world of airspace and military back ground I would call it incompetence. Just tell them over inflated tires can be dangerous on a hot day. I don’t care about the window sticker that I can fix myself. Don’t jump on Domingo he did his job well. Domingo has not got the time to stand there watch a man take air out of a tire. Bottom line it was human error. There’s just a little bit too much of it in the world today. Have a nice day. Gerald
