It was my first experience with Ford dealer and it was a great experience. All the staff that I met are super helpful and friendly. Victor was assisting me that day and he gave all the information I need and made it super easy. The place is clean and my wait time went super fast. Thank you for your great customer service!

Glen quickly works thru the paper to get the job started. He then escorts you to the lounge and offers refreshment. This makes you relax and waiting time passes quickly.

We arrived and informed that we would not be able to get any service unless we were leaving the vehicle overnight. Well Dustin went out of his way to honor our appointment and included washing our vehicle. He is an awesome person and to be honest this is the second time we have had him. Still doing a great job!

My truck had a slight drift to the right and needed an alignment. The front right adjustment was corrected by more than 21 degrees. My advisor was out the next day and a replacement advisor called to tell me the truck needed a “camber kit” to fully repair the drift. They checked for damage and NONE was found. I then ask if the parts would be covered under the warranty. I was told that the repair was customer paid and would cost $380. That advisor said they would investigate further and call me the next day. The next day I called (twice) to get an update on the truck. At which time he told me that the repair was customer pay and would be NOW COST over $700. I questioned why and didn’t not get a clear answer and I declined the work. Still not satisfied, I went to research the problem and found that a number of law suits had been filed do to early front end abnormal wear. They referred to it as the “DEATH WOBBLE!” I told the advisor about my findings and he knew about the problem. After revealing that problem and the significant adjustment required he still insisted that the problem was not covered under warranty. Front end alignment Adjustments of this magnitude are clearly a problem and require a FIX. This fix does not seem to fall within the standard wear and tear category since a new camber kit (after market or OME part was unclear) is required. Note: I will be pulling a 15,000 pound fifth wheel this next week and needless to say this dose not appear to be safe. Please advise. James
