Carlos was great. He greeted me right away and was friendly. He went over what they would be doing on my car. He gave me the paperwork with his personal cell number. He told me it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours and asked I wanted to wait or if I would need a ride. I chose to walk. Right at the 3 hour mark, Carlos called and told me my truck was ready and in the wash rack. I walked back and it was ready. Very happy with my service.
