Took 8 days for service to complete - I had to push for updates daily. “Part should be here by today/tomorrow” was repeated to me three days in a row, then took 2 days for installation. Texts were not responded to. Loaner car was offered on Day 6 and I was told it would be ready upon my arrival. Instead, I waited 30 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. Oil change was comped, thank you.

It took about 10 minutes after I arrived before I saw a service person.
I had an appointment, and told the person who greeted me when I arrived my name and apt. time. He said someone would be right with me.
This has never happened before, and they were not busy at all.

Initial diagnosis was slower than I anticipated. Once the diagnosis was finally made and the scope of the repair was explained, I was pleased that the work was completed efficiently; *even sooner than expected.
Room for improvement:I was told over the phone that I was 18th in line; this was after you had possession of my vehicle for 8 hours already. The next day I was 12th in line - and communication finally improved thereafter.
Managing realistic expectations is simply communication. Make a phone call! (less texting, more personal contact)...or, ask if the customer has a preference. That is my opinion.
Overall, I am grateful for your help. I bought my truck from Villa in 2010 and I have had 90% of all major services performed there, or Ford of Orange.
