Your dealership installed a new engine in our Edge. Now there is a loud rattle at a stop. Sheldon claimed it was fixed when he knew it clearly was not. The second we got it out of your dealership and came to a stop it was rattling. During the almost three weeks it was there he did everything he could not to give us a loaner vehicle. I had to go around him to the manager to get one finally. It was not until this that they seemed to even try to work on our vehicle. In fact the very first words he told me after rudely ignoring me after 10 minutes when I brought it in this second time was it was going to be there a while. should have been given a loaner from the beginning since it was due to your work that caused the noise. I need to make another appointment now and waste more if my time because Sheldon does not want to stand behind the work of the dealership and fix the problem that was causd by your work.
