Didn’t know how to answer the question but I’ve always gone through villa ford for all of my services ever since I purchased my mustang in 2016.
I’ve never paid $115 for an oil change I was in a bit of a hurry since I dropped it off a day before but my adjuster Joel Avelova didn’t go through the paperwork with me and explained the fees. I tried contacting him serval times (4) but never got through to him to try and get an answer since the paper work said like $10.90 for parts “ what parts”? It’s all good money ain’t an issue thank to god but I would love to know what parts I “needed”!!!
I am a bit disappointed in this service, I am the person who always recommended villa ford and I don’t know anymore. Hopefully I get an answer really soon but $115 for an oil change is ridiculous!!!! To top it off I didn’t even get a tire rotation due to my lug nuts being inflated??? I only drive my car 10 miles a day from work and home????? People check your receipts itemized and ask questions!!!!!!!!!

Glen was awesome. Start to finish. Answered all my questions, confirmed when the extended warranty will expire, assisted in helping to coordinate reapplication of the paint protection application (CelaJet), and made a recommendation for tire replacement as I was due.
