I brought the vehicle in for routine 100k maintenance and a recall. The check engine light was a fuel sensor/ valve. I had to bring the vehicle back for a knocking noise that wasn't a issue prior to bringing it in for service. Four days later I pick up the vehicle and was told that there was no error code and it was fine. As far as my service representative Joe Soto, he was amazing to deal with. Still haven't been able to get the noise resolved, even after talking with management.

I was greeted upon my arrival and Jose was kind enough to help me since the service advisor I was scheduled was not at work that Saturday... In addition, he knew I was just going to wait for my vehicle and was pro-Active in checking with the mechanics work schedule and was able to work my Recall first before starting a job that required several hours

You should NEVER start a project unless you know that the parts are going to fit. To take a customers car which is suppose to be under warranty then 1/2 way through the job wanting to charge the customer over 800 to complete the job and refusing to return the car to the customer unless they pay you 800 dollars is observed. I ask to return my vehicle the way it was as I did not have 800 to spend on the job. Villa ford refused. It wasn’t until I got a third party involved very poor service. I am disabled and on dialysis and can not afford to put 800 dollars into the car at this time.
