I feel that I was overcharged for something so simple as to just reset my system so that I could pair my phone. I live on 1 income and really couldn’t afford the charges that were charged to me. The service advisor was very nice. I imagine that he was following Villa Fords set charge amounts but it was still excessive none the less.

I had to call back a few times to find out, 1. The vehicle WILL be serviced 2. When it will be done 3. What will be done.
