I am not usually a dealer fan for service. I have to say my experience
With Villa Ford was excellent. That credit goes to Joe Gutierrez! Joe not only made commitments but confirmed those commitments before making them. The following day his time frame commitments were surprisingly better than expected.
I will return because of Joe and your service crew. I didn’t feel any upsell pressure. Great experience!
