Everything was great. Sheldon kept me updated every few days. If I have one criticism it’s why don’t you guys wash the cars after any service? This is the second time you guys haven’t washed it. Every other dealer I’ve take it to washes them. Other than that you guys did a great job.

No complaints about Domingo, this wasn't his fault. But, if you guys are going to jump into the luxury price tier for Trucks (I paid $120+ for my raptor), then you need to figure out how to provide the level of service that the luxury car companies provide. 10 days for a small part, and putting me in a ford escape (that I do not fit in and doesn't work for my work schedule) is a problem. And I have never experienced that with any other luxury car companies. If you are going to ask that kind of cash for your trucks, you better be ready to back it up with legitimate service. You guys fell short on that this time around. So much so that next time I likely will look to get service elsewhere.

Villa Ford is very fast. The service guys are knowledgeable and guided me and Victor said that because the car wash was down come back next week when it’s fixed and after the rains and he’ll even wash my car. I chose this place because I’ve lived in the area a long time I’ve purchased several cars from Villa Ford over the years and this Ford explore has been my absolute favorite. I wouldn’t go any other place than Villa Ford.

I have a possible blown engine. Say rhere were none available through Ford. I made one call to another ford dealer and they found 5. I purchased the engine through and am having a 3rd party replace it Total lack of effort on his part. Should be written up for poor perfomance!
