I dropped my 2021 Mach E for a tire rotation and normal 20k mile inspection at noon. I came back the same day at 530PM to find that the work was not completed by the service department opted to do authorized service updates by Ford for billable shop time. If your shop doesn’t want to rotate my tires then tell me so. The slip says 20000 mile service and inspection was completed but this is not correct because my tires were under pressure. If the multipoint inspection was complete then I should have received a report on brake and tire wear and my tires would be at the correct PSI. Your shop wasted my time and refused to handle the basic maintenance of my vehicle.
