There was a powertrain malfunction alert before service and it’s still there. I had informed advisor several times about it and he told me it is taken care of with a software update.

I had my 2013 Ford Escape in for two factory repairs. My son bought a 2014 Ford escape a few years back. I gave them my name , and phone number when I made my appointment. When my car was ready they called my son in Mississippi to let him know my car was ready . The paperwork had my son’s name on it. A bit confusing.

Sheldon was wonderful and took care of everything
My only comment was it took over an hour to get a rental and that was only after I asked Sheldon who had to follow up with tfe cashuer 3 times.
When the finally got to my paperwork which took them another 25 minutes and they didn’t care that I had been waiting for a total of 6 hours. Sheldon jumped in to help and did the walk around of the car to ensure I could get out of there sooner

Victor for 3 days promised a call early mornings, never called until i would call him in the afternoon. Promised vehicle would be ready twice and was not ready. Also lied about what process of the repair the vehicle was in. The 4th day he was out so, i asked to speak to a supervisor. Wich did great told me the time the truck would be ready and apologized in Victors behalf.
