Villa Ford was supposed to call me on 12/22/25 regarding getting reimbursed for getting my column a & b pillar fixed. I haven’t heard back. I called yesterday and Michael said he would check with Carlos. I still haven’t heard anything.I am expecting a reimbursement check since I paid out of pocket 3 years ago to get this fixed.
I’m disappointed that no one has followed through.
