I don’t know that this has to do with Carlos. My car has 3 recalls on it. One from November 2024. Despite having my car in there a few times in the last year, no one initiated the recall repair. So fast forward and when I renewed my registration, they would issue new tags because the recall work had not been done. This caused few phone calls and rushing around to get this done.
Secondly, one of my license plates was damaged over a year ago and I got a new one, but the changed the plates. All the paper work I recover from Villa Ford for the recall repair, has my old license plate number. Carlos said it wouldn’t matter to the DMV so I mailed it. However, this was an over site by your service department.

Dear Villa Ford Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service I received for my 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning.
On December 1st, 2025, my truck failed to start, and despite contacting Ford service, I was informed that towing would not be covered unless I paid out of pocket. I had to arrange for AAA to tow the truck to Villa Ford. Unfortunately, after 30 days, I was informed that the repair would cost approximately $2,600, which was not covered under warranty. Given the necessity of my truck, I had no choice but to pay this amount.
Additionally, in February 2025, Villa Ford replaced all four tires on my truck. One of these tires developed a small leak, yet the tire warranty was not honored, and I had to purchase a new tire separately.
I am disappointed with the service and the overall customer support experience. I kindly request a review of my case and hope for a fair resolution.
