Appointment was made through the Ford Pass app. It scheduled me for 12/24/25 at 2:45pm. I got a reminder email on 12/23/25 about my appointment. I arrive at my scheduled date and time and the Service Department is Closed until 12/26/25. I received a text from Service Rep, Joel, on 1/8/26 stating that my vehicle was almost ready and that I will receive a call when it is ready. I never received a call. At 7:14pm on 1/8/26 I receive a text with the feedback survey link. I texted Joel the morning of 1/9/26 to inquire if my vehicle was ready. He confirmed it was. I went to pick up the vehicle and noticed the dates of service on the vehicle (12/26/25-12/31/25) did not match the dates I was out of possession of my vehicle (12/24/25-1/9/26). I asked Joel to revise the dates the reflect accuracy, but he resisted. I did not push the issue any further.
