Unfortunately, even though Ford contacted me about a recall, and I made the appointment several weeks ago with the recall information when I went to get my car done during my appointment time they did not have the part for the recall. I do appreciate them washing my car since they weren’t able to do any of the actual repairs on the recall.

I feel taken advantage of , I went in for something thinking it would be covered under warranty and left paying 200$. Yes they fixed the issue but what I find funny is the tech kept changing the amount I would have to pay , which makes me feel like he was just throwing numbers around even after I told him not to go further, I will get a second opinion from my brother who works for Encinitas ford, I will call back. He went ahead and worked on it anyway.
