I have an 08-Shelby Mustang and planned to go out of town tomorrow. The low tire pressure default signal came on the dash, and I was afraid I would not get air for the tires in time for the trip. I called Jainy at Villa Ford and explained my situation. Janie yolk me to get the vehicle in service right away. I did do, and she was able to get air for the tires and put me on schedule for my trip.

It was great coming back to Joel to get my vehicle serviced. His attentiveness and genuine care gives piece of mind that one’s vehicle is in great care. On a side note, the management team should get the parts department website up again. I’ve recently spent over $1,000 this past week on parts from other Ford dealers that allow web purchases. I’m sure there’s others out there who have done the same.

I asked to have my front windshield wipers replaced because when used they are streaking/smudging right in my line of sight while driving. They were not replaced, just wiped down, which did not help as the wipers still smudge/streak in my line of sight while driving.
