I am still waiting for feedback regarding my vehicle that has been in your care for 12 days. Purchased on 1/16, brought it in for service 11 days later and Villa Ford has had it ever since. It has been in your care for 12 days now-you officially have had it longer than I have after I purchased it. Additionally, I was informed that I would be provided updates to which I am still waiting for. From sales, to finance, to service-I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism that Villa Ford has provided so far.

He was very polite but after having my truck in your dealership for a week and a half for brake service and to diagnose a small oil leak, I am still waiting for the details regarding the repair estimate to repair the leak which was initially going to be $8000.00!!
