I came in for tint repair on my new explorer- service was fast and had the car after a few hours. The tint has a couple bubbles, but I will wait a day to see if they may work out.
Otherwise, great experience at Villa Ford so far!

Your team had my vehicle for 29 days and I was not given one piece of info unless I constantly hounded Sheldon for an update and every time I got an update it was a total false story and ultimately your team was unable to diagnose or fix my vehicle after a month. No one touched a thing to actually diagnose the problem despite having the service manager confirm the noise at drop off and Sheldon confirming it was a driveline issue which is why ford covered the rental. Last time I will spend a penny or minute of my time at your dealership.. You guys went from the best to the absolute worst piss poor service I have ever experienced in my life.
