I live in Newport Beach, and I’ve always had my service done at Theodore Robins Ford. Unfortunately, their customer service has ALWAYS been sub par. I’ve suffered through working with them purely because they are the closest to where I live.
I work in Orange, and figured I’d give Villa Ford a try. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised with my first experience with Villa. I own a ‘23 Bronco and a ‘20 Explorer, and I will ONLY have my cars serviced at Villa Ford, going forward. Thank you for such awesome service!
