Carlos was fantastic! He made me feel like family from the minute I walked in and took care of everything that I needed done for my 2013 C max. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to be done and how much it would cost. He even went the extra mile and took care of all my minor concerns with little issues on the car. The repair was rather extensive but was done quickly and I was very pleased with the communication between Carlos and myself as to when the car was ready to pick up. Overall I would recommend customers request Carlos when they service their Ford vehicles at the Orange dealership.

Great service and follow up by all…

Service technician was unable to make my first appointment due to an issue at the prior client. That was fine. I was assured that the technician would meet me at work just before 7am to provide the service. I arrived at 6:45 am and waited. No call, no show. Finally received a call sometime after 8 that he was on his way but stuck in traffic. I live 5 mins from the dealership and KNOW it only takes 20 mins to get to my place of business in traffic so even if he was stuck in it, there was never an intent to arrive at the time promised. After service was over, he left, and tools were left behind. I called the service center to notify someone and it went to voicemail. I’m unable to use my phone regularly while working as I’m in a surgical environment. Finally received a call from the technician asking about tools. He said he would come back to get them. I met with him outside and returned the tools. While if we were at my home this would not have been an issue, being at work was a different story. I would not have scheduled an appointment in thw middle of my work day for these reasons, and was assured someone would meet me promptly in the morning. Don’t make promises you can’t keep please. I would have chosen another option.
