Very friendly and explained what was done. Even though they were extremely busy and did not get to everything that was needed to be done . They got to the most important things first. Which was alright to me, because I could bring the car back when not so busy. First thing a first, thank you Richard. I called in with an old of specification batter on my vehicle, and he helped arrange a chauffeur to grab our explorer. Additionally, when coming to pick up our ford after service was complete, he provided excellent customer service to valet our vehicle himself since the attendants were busy. I was able to get home in time for an important meeting due to his efforts.
I appreciate the level of effort in the little things to make it a swift service.
