Barely 50,000 miles and a little over 5 years. NOT GOOD for a Ford
product. I will really think hard before buying another FORD product

This is a commendation for Joe Gutierrez. This past year I’ve brought my 2018 Ford Edge into service department and to say the least I was completely dissatisfied and even resisted from bringing my car back there due to the customer service experience I had. My experience with joe so far has been seamless. He is a breath of fresh air compared to who I dealt with last few times.
