This was my 2nd time dealing with Glen and was just as pleasant as 1st. All my concerns were met to my satisfaction.
The requested car wash was not performed due to carwash not being available. Not a big deal to me.

Sheldon was the man. Not gonna lie at first I didn’t like how things were going at first, but he definitely helped with easing and making everything roll out smoothly. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have my car worked on when in the time frame it was said it would be worked on. Rather than dropping my car off early the first day and to have my car getting worked on the following day. What is the point of renting a car early to have my car worked on the following day? Also get some cars to rent the truck was super inconvenient because it wouldn’t fit in my parking structure. More of a me problem without a doubt. Sheldon was superb and will probably have him be my guy moving forward

I brought my vehicle in to get the rear passenger window fixed because it wasn’t dropping fast enough when I opened the door and would get caught on the roof trim causing a gap and this issue was back in 2022 which I was told they fixed it, 6 months ago the issue happened constantly and I would do a window relearn/reset where you hold the window down 5 seconds at the bottom and 5 seconds at the top, that would reset but the issue would come back the next day, I told Glen this when I brought the vehicle in and told him the reset is not the solution and they said it was a software update which fixes the problem and they did the reset which I do every day and sure enough the issue happened again when I was hesitant to accept that the reset was the fix and I was right, the problem came back and have now wasted another day telling them what the issue was and they just wanted to go through the motions without figuring out the root of the issue so now I have to take it back to the dealership and I feel like they are just pushing off the fix until my warranty runs out which is unacceptable.
