I had taken my car into for an issue that was happening for over 3 years they finally found the necessary fix and despite being under my original warranty when the problem had first occurred they had tried to charge me since at that time I was under the extended warranty. The issue has been a thorn in my side and despite requesting numerous updates they never even reached out to me when they had a solution. I had to contact them and at that time they were able to mention the fix that was previously avaliable
