The wrong wiper blade was placed on the back of our Rav 4 and when it began raining, we turned on the wipers and the back blade is now wedged suspended on the back because the replacement wiper is far too long. We worry that because it is stuck it will cause motor or arm damage on the back. This is atypical of the service we gave been accustom to. Hope we can get in on Monday to give Toyota of Murray an opportunity to correct the error.

No need for that. I asked for the tech to wipe any oil off where the filter was changed and they didn’t do it. I don’t like oil dripping off on my garage floor.
