I was very pleased with my service on my car today. I had to leave there and go to work.

Noise problem in air conditioner/heater fan was not fixed.
I thought my car was supposed to get the part to fix the transmission problem. Instead I was told that the warranty had increased. There is a problem with something else that I need to get seen about. Sam Davis was very nice, and very professional.

Sam was amazing...very friendly & took great care of me. Only problem i had was the wait time...I arrived about 9:45am & ended up waiting almost 4 hours. When i called to inquire about getting my car serviced, I was told no appointment was needed. So I’m not sure if this is something you all should implement or not but for an oil change & the replacement of a bulb should not take that long. Otherwise the staff was very nice & courteous.
Sam kept me as informed as possible regarding the status of my repair.

Jimmy Jacobs’s answered all my questions and did better than I imagined and got me in quick just to repair my recall . I appreciate his help and the person who fixed the actual airbag . Thanks you guys for the good service .
