First of all, I don’t know who Bennie Collins is, I have received two texts from him, but never introduced himself to me...and with my car being ’NEW’ and the only place I’ve really driven it to was the dealership to have two separate items replaced!! I was thinking that there would be at least one sincere apology? But instead I get maybe the car sat a long time and that’s why the battery had to be replaced and you have never heard of a ac/dc converter causing problems...but that’s not MY problem. Maybe I’m expecting too much?
