Service was fine. Signed off with cashier, went outside to pick up car and they couldn't find it. I even walked the lot in search of. It took almost 30 minutes before it was finally located (in a bay) and I could depart.
The truth is I was hesitant to come into a dealership for service. I always got the feeling like dealerships treated service people like cattle. I decided to try anyway. I was on my way in for a diesel leak. I initially had all the confidence in the world as the service advisor was great at our first meeting. I was informed that the problem was a fuel filter housing. It seemed as though that part was discontinued and there was no replacement part. After a week of having my truck I found an aftermarket upgrade for the fuel filter housing. I asked to have the leaking housing put back on so I could get it to the next mechanic. Turns out that changing the fuel filter and the cap o ring solved the leak. A $13 part that usually takes me 10 mins cost me a week and $190 in parts and labor. At least it want the $500 plus that I was going to pay for the housing if the service department could have found one. Zero confidence in dealership service. You should look for more quality of service not quantity.

Some one dented the driver side quarter panel.
My fuel filters were either not changed or not reset.
Im not sure if they replaced my oil filter.

The service was only for oil change and tire rotation but Christian provided excellent service and my wait was under two hours.
Impossible to talk to our service agent. I was never called regarding the update I was charged $185 for. It took forever to get a call letting us know our car would be there over 2 days for a computer update. Very disappointing. I need my service records and I am not able to get a person to help me with that. I keep getting transferred to Honda after I am sent to the persons desk. It's is so frustrating that I have to drive back down there with the car that wasn't fixed to talk to a person.
Yummy is the best and is always super helpful with all my CDJR service needs!!
