After getting no attention for 5 hours new battery was installed in 5 minutes. I appreciate the push to get this taken care of and I sincerely hope that gear shifting, choking and other presumed transmission issues do not continue and or are resolved. Cesar was great when he finally was available.

Poor communication, lack of communication, representative always appeared to be rushing me off the phone, confusing updates, no delivery on promises of completion time on vehicle. Very disappointed in my experience.

I brought my car in for assessor issue with my seat belt and when I got called to pick up my car They completely messed up my front seat motor. Now the car seat can’t be adjusted back and it’s stuck all the way at the front It’s undrivable

I was mostly satisfied, but I felt the communication was lacking. I left my car at 10:30 AM expecting a call at some point to let me know an estimate of how much time was needed. I called in around 4 PM to check the status and I was told I would get a call the next day to tell me the status. It's tough giving up your car for more than 24 hours, so it would have made the experience much better if I had some updates along the way.
