I felt fortunate to have Cesar as my service rep today. He’s the only rep I know of who has been at this dealership service dept for a number of years. Everyone else seems to ‘come and go’. Stability - long term employees - instill a sense of trust with customers.
Humberto did well. This was just a super basic service.

I brought my car in for service due to overheating issues. The issue was unable to be determined by the machine due to the engine light not coming on. I called in at 1:30 to check on my vehicle where I was informed by the lady who answers the phone for service that she had spoken with the team and they had still then unable to determine the issue with my car. Less than 30 mins my service representative called me and gave me a list of items that were wrong with my car. I know that all of these items were not causing my overheating issue the team just didn't know anything else to do other than cover all of the list of items that ended up costing almost $1k. I know I got hustled from this company for the items and pricing however I just needed to go back to work. So your company one this time but I will never ever come back.
Although I was a little inconvenienced by the fact that I had to leave my car overnight because the repair wasn’t completed the same day, I appreciate that Yeimy was extremely professional and helped pushed for the repair to be completed the next day.

My vehicle was extremely dirty when i picked up. Had paw prints with what seemed to be mud all over my hood. The inside of my doors had hand marks with some sort of oil stains on it. This is a new vehicle. Less than a month with it. So seeing it that dirty was very disappointing.
Jolie listened to me and what my concerns were. She called when she said she would and got my vehicle repaired in a very timely manner. Everything on my Jeep was fixed and I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you Jolie and service techs! I really appreciate everything you did to get my vehicle repaired so quickly!
The tech failed to fully secure the inlet tube to the intake manifold and it popped off several miles away from the dealership.

I was w/o a car for over a week. Not happy about the number of days it took, but my car seems to be working better than it was when i brought it in, so I’m happy about that. No reflection on Humberto. He helped & communicated as well as he could. I would happily work with him again. Thanks!
