Just a suggestion: if requesting a tire rotation, ask customers where the tire key is located.
Dave and the tech John got in there located the problems, got it handled and I received my car in record breaking time. Dave communication was one of the key components that made this experience a joyful one. Even though I was not expecting that bill amount to know Dave and John had my best interest made it all best.

For the first time in a long time I was able to call the service Dept today (approx 4:30pm) and get through to someone who was polite, she transferred me to David and I was able to find out that my car was ready as promised.
I have never been so poorly treated by staff at any establishment ever in my life. The disrespect from management is unparalleled by any customer service venue in the world.
1- they said they couldn’t find the problem, but when I picked it up it has the same problem. I bet it is an intermittent problem, but they didn’t try multiple times obviously
2- no wash of the car??
