To be honest...Today I wasn’t satisfied . My 2014 Jeep Wrangler went in for an oil change and to get my hot air to work and fix a loud ticking noice. Halfway home I decided to turn my heater on to see how it was working. No hot air whatsoever was coming out... it was blowing just air. The loud ticking noice is gone and the oil was changed but I’m disappointed that I have to take the time off work again to drop it off to get fixed correctly.
Humberto is awesome. He understands customer service to the fullest extent and we were very pleased with his ability to handle the situation at hand from start to finish

My vehicle is still not complete! The new radio is not working properly! The am doesn’t work, the camera is not working! They didn’t replace my floor mats after replacing the carpet in the vehicle. The numbers on the speedometer is blinking on and off constantly. Cesar the assistant service manager should be demoted. He has no professionalism or interpersonal relationship management skills. Customer service at Scott Robinson Jeep is sorely lacking in my experience.
I am not a satisfied customer. The Jeep brand itself has been a great disappointment!!!! The Jeep Compass is a lemon ????

Air bag light is on after the first recall I advised the teqnition about it he looked at the problem said it had to do with the first airbag recall & I had to contact Scott Robinson I told him I advised the service adviser after the first recall & she did nothing about it. Also the second recall at my house the tecnition left my glove box loose & when I open it it wants to fall out. I mentioned it to him he just laughed. I’m not happy with my experience with Scott Robinson service dept. regards Agustin Alvarez ****-****-xxxx

I paid 2500 for gaskets to be replaced and to fix oil leak and check to make sure everything was ok- and you all NEVER checked my fluids because I am somehow about a quart low in oil . And now your before my trip I have to go back to dealer to have trust fixed! Somehow you fix oil leak but don’t fill up car with oil

I came for a recall on my jeep thinking I would drop it off and the situation would be handled but instead I got a suprise oil change. Noone informed me I needed to have an oil change performed before getting the recall comoleted. I still think I shouldnt of paid for that oil change. Complete BS.
I called 3 times with questions in regards to my vehicle with questions about some repairs that need to be done and if it was safe to drive my vehicle meanwhile I can afford over 2000 dollars in repairs never received a call back nor nothing stated on my paper work when I picked up my car
