No me avisaron absolutamente nada . Solo me llamaron al siguiente día para avisar que ya estaba listo el auto.... me pareció muy raro porque siempre avisan cualquier cosa y esta vez yo tuve que ir al dealer para saber que pasaba, se me hizo muy raro . Pero muchas gracias el auto ya está arreglado muchas gracias ????

At most dealerships I am able to drive up and let the service worker know what needs to be done. There is no need for an appointment. I do not like having to make an appointment to have a major service completed.
