Tires were rotated but the tire that was sitting at 5 points of pressure lower than the rest wasnt even filled up. It was just rotated to the front. I thought all that was covered under the maintenance plan. Also, are car washes included in the maintenances that are on the plan? All the other dealers ive used in the past give complimentary washes whenever the cars were brought in for their routine maintenances. If they arent, that **** but at least ill know for the future. Over all the car runs fine.

When I called the person I talk to in service did not pay attention to what I was bringing the car in for and kept telling me that that recall was closed. When I brought my car in I told the service advisor the same thing that I was bringing it in for the EGR cooler recall and a previous recall that did not stick that is Warren teed when I came to pick up the car, The second recall was completely ignored and I was told by the same service representative that they completed everything I brought the car in for and when I told her that was incorrect she argued with me I will never bring my car back to your service department again.

I had called multiple times to get in contact with my representative and was told he was out to lunch and then that he left early. I left him a message and he never returned my call. I needed to know the status of my car. Also, I had asked that the tires be filled up since the light had come on and the pressure was low. When I picked up my car none of my tires were filled up. There was no communication.

Jolie was fantastic!! She was on top of keeping me updated and everything was great! One thing tho- you don’t wash vehicles after service? My car was there for almost a week, and picking it up, very dirty … would’ve been nice to pick up shiny clean. Just saying. Thanks.
